Honey Mustard Sauce

We love this sauce on so many dishes, including our fish cakes, herb-crusted tofu, pecan-crusted zucchini, pan-fried chicken tenders. It stores so easily in your fridge to have on hand for whatever you’d like to put it on.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ to ½ cup honey - depending on how sweet you’d like it
- ½ cup mayonnaise or vegan mayo
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Directions
I tend to make this in a 2 cup glass measuring cup. That makes it easy to measure and there’s one less bowl to clean. Just put everything in the measuring cup and whisk it up.
Store in an airtight glass container in your fridge for up to 2 weeks
