Cooking Classes
Cooking classes at the Nourishing Well use only top quality organic foods, local as much as possible.
All classes are vegan and vegetarian — are we? No. But keeping to these guidelines allows everyone to come and enjoy the classes.
Unless noted all classes are in Havertown.

The world of nutrition is filled with conflicting and confusing information.
The fact is that we are all different and what works for one does not always
work for another. However, there are a few rules that do apply to us all.
Fresh, local, sustainable and organic is the way to go. Whether you are
vegan, vegetarian or an omnivore this series will show you the basics of
stocking, shopping and cooking delicious and satisfying nutritionally
balanced meals to keep you, your family and friends happy and healthy.
