All classes are vegan and vegetarian — are we? No. But keeping to these guidelines allows everyone to come and enjoy the classes.

Whether you are vegan, vegetarian or an omnivore this series will show you the basics of stocking, shopping and cooking delicious and satisfying nutritionally balanced meals to keep you, your family and friends happy and healthy.
