Learn How to Incorporate Whole Foods into Your Life

Marilyn teaches cooking classes to help individuals understand their own condition, environment and lifestyle so they can choose the best diet to promote their health. Her group, private or semi-private classes compliment Asian and macrobiotic theory of energy and food with cooking techniques from cultures all over the world.

Marilyn's techniques lay a basis of whole foods cooking for any diet, be it vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic, meat-eating, or any variation you choose to follow.

Classes are available at all levels -- beginner, intermediate, advanced.

Marilyn's former students include well-known whole foods chefs, Christina and Robert Pirello, Lindsay Gilmour and Geraldine Walker.
