Sometimes, we need more than classes. Some of us work through issues more effectively one-on-one with a coach who provides direct insight specific to the condition, lifestyle and environment that affects health.

In each counseling session Marilyn reviews the present diet and lifestyle patterns and will guide you through a selection of dietary and physical regimes to best support your life.
Consultations are not only helpful for those with a serious illness but anyone who knows they need to make changes in their lifestyle and diet to create better health.
Each counseling session lasts two hours. You will receive a booklet with helpful instructions and recipes.
Counseling Session: $250

Follow-Up Consultation
Most people find a follow-up consultation is very helpful 3 months after the initial consultation
Follow-up consultations are 2 hours: $190

Dietary and Lifestyle Coaching
Many people find they need regular support to help them stay on track to secure the dietary and lifestyle changes they are working hard towards.
When you come for a consultation, if you so choose you can sign up for regular coaching sessions. These sessions are either through email or on the phone, twice a month with a 6 month commitment required.
6 Months Coaching: $100 per month
