Who is Marilyn Moser-Waxman?
Marilyn began her studies in the macrobiotic community with Denny and Judy Waxman, and Michio and Aveline Kushi. As one of the key originators of change, Marilyn brought a natural, whole foods and holistic living consciousness to the Philadelphia area. Thirty years later, she still bases her cooking, dietary and lifestyle practices on many Asian principles of energy and food. She also integrates practices and techniques from a variety of cultures around the world. As a result, her classes and coaching offer a well-rounded education that is applicable to a wide spectrum of dietary needs and health issues.
Marilyn currently attends the International School of Shiatsu in Doylestown where her on-going studies continue to enhance her strong, founding skill set in shiatsu massage. She also strives to increase her knowledge of various practices, theories and traditions around the connection between diet, lifestyle and health.
